Why One Page at a Time
I chose the name One Page at a Time in honor of the idea of One Day at a Time. Little by little is how I roll.

Who Is Anita Lee

In 2010 I realized that I had a problem, and I finally asked for help.
What started as a very frightening choice to change my behavior, has become
a terrific journey of realizing my strengths and capabilities.
I have worked on Websites Design & Development, in the field of Architecture, and as a Preschool Teacher.
And now, I express myself by holding a space for support, motivation, and inspiration for myself and others.
Very often I explore the consequences, the challenges, and the lessons afforded me while drinking to excess. And, I explore the joy that I have come to expect, and even occasionally miss, in my life of sobriety.
I offer a spiritually driven perspective AND more than a few years of experience working through the challenges and joys of life.
When I am not creating on my computer, I am hanging with my two long-hair cats (Izz & Zam) and/or my husband. We are all enjoying the life and surroundings we have created for ourselves.
Believe me, my life never gets boring, and it can prove to be a challenging place to find constant joy! I do my best.
I say thank you several times a day.
